On August 15, 2000, my mother, Carmen M. Stewart, departed this earthly realm. While we were experiencing the pain of a physical loss, the Lord was bringing to life the birth of a vision. Although I never realized at that time, my mother’s passing would be the inspirational foundation of Light House Ministries. In life, her assignment was that of a Nurse. She ministered continually by caring, comforting, loving, nurturing, and yes, at times, healing the many lives that were placed in her hands. In death, her legacy of ministry endures. Light House Ministries continues fostering the needs of many, at seemingly the lowest points of their lives. As I oftentimes consider my mother’s life and how I have been blessed to continue her memory, my desire of the same is extended to each family that we are able to service. Our sole purpose is to assist in accurately capturing, documenting and portraying the cherished memories of their loved one, thereby Creating Memories of A Lifetime.
